  2. Q29 ...become sons of God." This is from Mere Christianity, and as Lewis says, the ideas in the book are not meant to be original to him. That quote is very close to what is found in Calvin, and in the Catholic Church catechism. http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc/p122a3p1.htm

  3. You correct on you answers Winifred! And thanks for the information on the Lewis quote. I'm sure I heard that before and as you note Lewis underscored the fact he wasn't trying to present something totally new; more of a reminder and with sprinkles of news ways of viewing some things.
